Queen of my Life London

The third Chakra is the Solar Plexus Chakra. The symbol for the third chakra is triangle facing down. This the fire wheel and is associated with the sun and the ego. It is the centre of digestion. There are 10 lotus petals. This is the centre associated with personal power and having a positive self image.

The third centre is the centre of intelligence and also of chi. The focus of consciousness in the second sees the evolution of awareness of another outside ourselves, giving rise to choice, desire, sexuality and emotions: MOVEMENT

The third chakra combines matter and movement to create: ENERGY
The solar plexus chakra relates to personal power, will and transformation. In our age power has been taken to extremes of control, aggression, wars and violence. The power of one person over another person

We are now entering the age of the Heart Chakra, when we enter an age where this use of power will be transformed into one of enabling people to be empowered, enhanced and their creative and personal potential developed
The concept of power will be reassessed as our consciousness evolves upwards

In the third chakra we reach deep into sense of self, which has been evolved from the foundation set in our first chakra, the ebb and flow of our emotions and desires.
In this chakra we shape and direct these emotions and desires. We expand our growth and our consciousness.

This is chakra of power, action and will, in the body this relates to metabolism.
The element this chakra responds to
is fire. Fire transforms the element of earth and water into fire; into action, energy and power.
